Saturn's Ocean Moon (Enceladus, your sea sings)
There is truly nothing like sapphires from the Umba River Valley in Tanzania; remarkable stones that reflect the generative power of the extraordinary landscape in which they were made. When held or worn, they feel like a portal into neighboring space or the deep deep of the ocean where humans still refuse to go. Or Saturn's moon, Enceladus, and its phosphorous containing sea; creation, monsters, connection before language.
This piece is the sister to She Protects from our first collection, A Memory of Water. Requested many times, it has taken us a year and a half to find another sapphire with the depth required to make this design the portal we wish it to be. We hope it helps support you through the hard, and the beautiful.
The eight diamonds are a reference to the eight-pointed star, used by many cultures as a symbol of connection, protection and strength.

Free Domestic Shipping
Shipping is free for all domestic, US-based purchases. Our standard is tracked and insured priority mail with USPS and tracked and insured UPS, and it is a joy to offer this service to you. If you would prefer another form of shipping, please make a note in your order when you check out and we will do our best to accommodate your request, though in some cases this may require an additional fee. All orders will be sent insured shipping via USPS priority or UPS.
International Shipping
We are located in Los Angeles, and we are very happy to ship worldwide, with the current exception of Russia and Chile. All international shipments will be sent via UPS Air. We have had a lot of issues with international shipping historically and will work with you to ensure customs etc are all handled for your package to arrive safely. Thanks for your patience and understanding on this.
Documentation & Responsibility
Please note however that we cannot be held responsible for your package once it leaves our hands, though we will of course provide you all the documentation needed from our end to file a claim in the event your package goes missing.
